Venues must be added in Settings β†’ Venues before generating fixtures. Adding blackout dates (Settings β†’ Blackout Dates) and schedule templates (Settings β†’ Schedule Templates) first is optional but strongly recommended β€” blackout dates ensure the wizard never schedules matches on holidays or unavailable dates, and schedule templates define your preferred kickoff day and time slots.

1Step 1 of 10

Open your competition and go to the Fixtures tab. Click Generate Fixtures to open the scheduling wizard.

2Step 2 of 10

Select the round pattern β€” Single Round-Robin or Double Round-Robin (home and away) β€” then choose a schedule template or manually set preferred match days and kickoff times.

3Step 3 of 10

Set the season date range. Review the preview β€” the wizard flags any gaps where blackout dates prevent fitting all rounds. Click Generate to create the fixture list.

Tip:The wizard warns you if there are not enough non-blackout dates to fit all rounds within the season window β€” adjust your blackout dates or extend the season end date if this happens.

5Step 5 of 10

Assign referees individually via the Officials panel on each fixture, or use Bulk Assign Referees to auto-allocate from your referee pool based on grade requirements and availability.

Tip:Grade requirements per fixture are configured in Competition β†’ Rules. If no grade is required, any referee in the pool can be assigned.
