CFU
Governance-aligned architecture
MatchFlow IQ is shaped around the real hierarchy and operating patterns of Caribbean football administration.
Our Story
MatchFlow IQ started from one clear observation: Caribbean football is still underserved by serious operating software. National associations are often administering professional or semi-professional competitions with a mix of spreadsheets, chat threads, and manual reconciliation.
The platform is built around how Caribbean football bodies actually work: small teams, overlapping responsibilities, and a constant need to keep fixtures, referees, registrations, and public communication aligned without adding more administrative noise.
MatchFlow IQ is not trying to imitate software designed for bigger federations in very different contexts. It is a region-first product shaped around the workflow realities of Caribbean football administration β now with a direct bridge to the global football ecosystem through FIFA Connect integration.
We believe better infrastructure creates better football. When competitions are clearer, matchday reporting is tighter, and decision history is visible, the game grows on stronger foundations.

100%
Each association operates inside a fully isolated environment with no crossover between organisations.
β
Goals, cards, results, and follow-up actions are recorded in a way that preserves auditability.
π΄
Product decisions reflect the realities of Caribbean staffing models, governance, and operating pressure.
FIFA
Federation-tier organisations can sync registrations and transfers directly with the global FIFA Connect system.
01
Every competition action should leave a clear record behind it, not another argument about what happened.
02
Scheduling, standings, referee assignment, and post-match follow-up should be computed and visible.
03
Software for Caribbean football has to respect how associations actually operate, not how a generic SaaS template assumes they do.
04
The platform can be operationally deep without forcing administrators through a noisy or confusing interface.
05
Federation-grade associations need their local operations to connect to the global football ecosystem. FIFA Connect integration makes that seamless.
Founded in Dominica
MatchFlow IQ is an independent software product focused on bringing professional-grade league and association management to Caribbean football. We work directly with operators to understand how the season actually runs, then ship the features that reduce friction where it matters.
