1Step 1 of 7

Go to Players and click Add Player. Enter the player's full name, date of birth, nationality, position, and jersey number.

Assign the player to a team by selecting their club and team from the player profile. The player will appear in the team roster and be eligible for selection once assigned.

Before submitting registration requests, check the competition's Registration Window status in Competition β†’ Rules. Registrations submitted outside the window will be held as pending.

Tip:Registration windows are configured per competition in Competition β†’ Rules. Different competitions can have different open windows running simultaneously.

Go to Registrations β†’ Pending to review incoming registration requests. Approve or reject each one β€” approved players become eligible to participate immediately.

To move a player between clubs, go to Transfers and create a new transfer request. Both clubs must acknowledge the transfer before it takes effect.

Check Registrations β†’ History to audit all past registration and transfer actions, including who approved or rejected each request and when.

Use the Export button on the Players list to download the full squad list as a CSV for reporting or distribution to your governing body.
