Leagues & Competitions

In the sidebar, go to Leagues and click Create League. Enter the league name, country, and sport type. Leagues are the top-level container for all your seasons and competitions.

Inside the league, click Add Season. Set the season name, start date, and end date — for example "2025–26 Season" running from August 2025 to June 2026.

On the season, click Sync Annual Holidays to automatically generate blackout dates from your organisation's holiday calendar. This saves time when the fixture wizard runs later.

Within the season, click Create Competition. Select a format template (League, Cup, or custom) that matches your structure — or build from scratch.

Under Competition → Rules, configure points (win/draw/loss), disciplinary thresholds, squad size limits, and promotion/relegation spots. Set the tiebreaker order to match your competition rules.

Go to Competition → Structure to define phases and groups. For group-stage competitions, create groups and assign participating teams to each group.

Go to Competition → Teams and enroll all participating teams. Teams must already be registered as clubs in your organisation before they can be enrolled.

Once teams are enrolled and all rules are configured, the competition is ready for fixture scheduling. Proceed to the Fixtures tab to generate the match schedule.
